Establishing an advanced and sustainable recycling system that meets the needs of a recycling-oriented society
e-Loop® Recycling Plant
As part of our efforts to more efficiently utilize and recycle resources, we recycle offcut material from mat production by turning it into backing material at a recycling plant.
We are contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions by expanding the use of e-Loop Mats made from recycled backing material from our production processes.

Monomaterial Floor Mat
Horizontal Recycling System
By switching from composite materials to a monomaterial for our floor mats, we have achieved horizontal recycling, where offcut material generated during the production is reprocessed into material for new mats.
We also recycle our MonomaTech® material, which was developed using our horizontal recycling technology, to make floor mats, in our efforts to reduce CO2 emissions even further.
